1. Filter bag layer:

The filter bag has a layered structure, including a base fabric layer, an inner composite needle punched felt layer, and an outer composite needle punched felt layer. The inner composite needle punched felt layer and the outer composite needle punched felt layer are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the base fabric layer.

2. At the process level:

During the sewing process of the dust removal bag, ultrasonic hot melt technology or adhesive coating process is used according to the material characteristics and customer requirements to ensure that the filter bag will not run out through the needle holes during use.
